30 ?! yes: 30 what ? Mg? Tablets? In any case, i would not be surprised if it is. And what amount of wine? Because in large amounts, even wine can be lethal by itself.

In some yes: Toxic for sure. First alcohol and sedatives do not mix because of the respiratory depressant effect. Also 30 of any prescribed medication or otherwise is excessive. If you or someone you know has discussed this, assess seriousness as this could be cry for help and immediate attention is needed.
