Overdosing: Taking three times the maximum of an addictive and dangerous sleeping medication is not sane, safe, or wise. The answer is no. Overdoing it will not add to the ability of sleep or the quality of sleep and can lead to seizures and other dangerous physical results. Please stop. Please go speak to your physician and tell them you have developed tolerance to this medication.

Not recommended : The generally recognized maximum dosage of Lunesta is 3 mg per day. There may be some latitude above that concerning what is safe, but as to whether it is effective, that is questionable.
