What is the minimum amount of sleep per night to avoid symptoms of fatigue during exams?

6 hours: Generally regular 7-8 hours of sleep at least 1-2 weeks prior to the exam helps the recall process in exam , avoid fatigue. Less then 4 hours of sleep on night prior to the exam is not good and be avoided if possible.
