The same: Endometriosis can cause problems in about 10% of post-menopausal and the symptoms are usually very much like those that are experienced prior to menopause, although obviously pain with the periods does not occur.

Pain: Since you are not having periods anymore, pain would be the main symptom. Pain may be constant and aggravated by intercourse and or orgasm. Pain with urination and bowel movements or passing gas may be signs of this condition. See a gynecologist with experience in this condition.
