Yes: Endometriosis continues to grow as long as estrogen is present, so once a woman is in menopause and her estrogen levels have declined, most symptoms related to endometriosis will resolve.

It will improve. : Endometriosis is a condition which is fueled by your natural estrogen levels. These levels are naturally higher during your pre-menopausal years. These levels drop significantly at menopause, which is why symptoms from endometriosis will also tend to improve.

Endometriosis: Some women will have milder pain symptoms from endometriosis when they reach menopause. This is not always the case. Hormone therapy such as estrogen or birth control pills, given to reduce menopausal symptoms, may cause these endometriosis symptoms to continue.
