No: Endometriosis is a diagnosis made at time of surgery that confirms presence of disease. Symptoms include painful periods and ovarian endometriomas (cysts). After the fluctuation of hormones ends with menopause, the symptoms of endometriosis should go away. Exceptions to this are if you are on hormone replacement and if there is residual scarring caused by endometriosis years before.

Yes: Unusual but could be seen during the menopausal years specially if the patient is taking hormones.
