I have been told i have fluid in the lining of the womb and i have something like endometriosis but it's outside the womb im through menopause ?

Concerning: Fluid in the uterine cavity is normal in younger women but after menopause it is concerning for cancer. You need to see a gynecologist for evaluation and you may need an endometrial biopsy. The tissue outside the uterus is also something that needs further evaluation, Please see a gynecologist soon.
