Dizziness: Unfortunately we only find out what causes dizziness less than 2% of the time and those people who have the 2% usually have something really bad wrong with them. I suppose it could. It could affect the baroreceptors in the large vessels in the neck, it could pull on the temporal skull bones causing inner ear issues, or affect cranial nerves in the suboccipital region. All possibilities.
