Poor movement: Hypo kinesis means poor movement of the heart muscle. Apical septum is the wall between the right and left side towards the tip of the heart. Mild apical septal hypokinesis means that there is mildly depressed function of this territory.

Motion of the heart: It means that on a test (likely echocardiogram) one small portion of the left ventricle (the "pumping chamber of the heart") doesn't seem to be moving as good as it is supposed to. There are many possible reason for it, but generally the first concern is that the area doesn't receive enough blood supply for blockages in the artery. Require some further testing. It seems a very mild problem, tough.

Hypokinesis: When there is hypokinesis (decreased movement) of a segment in the heart, depending on its severity, it can range from misinterpretation to ischemia. Meaning that the coronary artery that is supplying flow to this might not have procided sufficient blood at a particular point in time. Leading to a heart attack.
