What is swelling of the upper lip veins a symptom of?

Usually: There are no visible veins in the upper or for that matter lowers lip. U even mention swollen vein. This is not characteristic to anything i would know. The best advise i could give you is to see your doctor and if anything suspicious there he/she will refer you to the proper place.
