Any type: diphenhydramine or cetirizine, might be better than others in this instance, but if your voice gets hoarse, you become short of breath or lightheaded, still take the antihistaminic and go to ER, but don't drive yourself, get somebody to drive you or call 911, at any rate if you have angioedema you need to see an allergist, check aaaai.org or acaa.org for an allergist in your area
