A member asked:

Hairline fracture foot child no cast?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes and no.: It will depend where the broken bone is and the stability of the hairline fracture. If it is in an unstable region, a cast (and possibly nonweight-bearing) may be a good choice.
