What are the signs of internal blleding after surgery?

Several: Any significan bleeding would present with distention and pain of the abdomen, fast heart rate, lower blood pressure with fatique and sometimes dizzy or woozy feeling. Skin would be pale and perhaps clammy. Mouth would be dry. Hope this helps - good luck.
