NOT necessarily: When you become pregnant you may experience a number of strange symptoms however I do not think a bitter tongue is a tell tale sign of pregnancy. From a dental perspective if you notice your gums seem to bleed more than normal that may be a sign of pregnancy. With the ease of modern day pregnancy testing i would just get a test and end the curiosity!

Many changes occur: There are many things that change during pregnancy. In the mouth there can be a change in taste, a metallic taste is more common. Gum tissue may bleed more, so make sure you are keeping up good oral care, brushing and flossing.
