Bad Taste: Well, nasty taste is not a sign of pregnancy, it is a sign of acid reflux most likely which the risk is increased during pregnancy. Avoid acidic food, spicy food, caffeinated drinks, alcohol (i'm sure you don't drink during pregnancy), fatty food and you might feel better, talk to your OB doctor

Pregnancy and taste: You may be experiencing acid reflux which is quite common in pregnancy. The high levels of estrogen in your body relax the smooth muscle in your esophagus and stomach and make it easier to regurgitate a small amount of acid, especially when you are lying down. Try taking Mylanta, Maalox, or other anti-acid and see if the taste goes away.
