It may mean nothing.: A milky white discharge may be considered normal. It could be an indication of the change in the ph or it could be due to an infection. It depends on a lot of factors. It could also be stress related. The infections that come to mind are both chlamydia or gonorrhea. It would depend on other symptoms with it. No other symptoms and it may mean nothing. An OB/GYN could let you know for sure.
