Pregnant?: Are you pregnant? Assuming you aren't it may be two separate things going on. Lactation can result from excessive nipple stimulation. Fluttery feeling may be just your bowels moving. Blood tests can help in assessing the reason for nipple discharge.

Hormone Off: Assuming you are not pregnant, this also may be a hormonal imbalance. Your thyroid or milk hormone prolactin may be high. This would explain everything. So i would recommend seeing your obgyn for an evaluation.
