Could be serious: By cramping I assume you mean constant pain where you feel it during your periods? That can't be good, especially with discharge in your vagina. You should get checked within a day, ER now if you feel very sick. I'm worried you may have an infection that can cause harm if not treated quickly

Mid cycle cramping: Mid cycle cramping often is what we call "ovulatory" pain or "mittleschmertz". It is a normal part of the menstrual cycle. The change in discharge can also be related to hormonal changes that occur during your cycle. That said, if it continues and is bothersome, see your Gyn to rule out anything abnormal.
