Preg test time?: At about a week late, a pregnancy test should be able to tell you something. If it's negative, consider an exam at a clinic or your doctor. You don't mention unprotected sex, but if that's not involved - skip to the exam. It may be nothing more than a minor upset but once you know, you'll feel more relaxed - if there is a problem, you'll begin to correct it. Win-win!
