Bacterial vaginosis is likely: both the nature of the discharge and presence of odor are typical. BV is overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. Its exact causes are unknown, but some cases are sexually acquired, including oral sex. See a doctor soon for examination, testing, and probable antibiotic treatment. Good luck.
