Very unlikely: Rectal prolapse is when a segment of intestine turns inside out and can extrude from the body in defecation. Injured intestine may slough the mucosa. This means that the inner most layer is lost and may cause bleeding. However, this layer can regrown. But, for complete expulsion of the intestine, you would have to severe the mesentery and blood vessels which would cause massive bleeding and death.
