Irritation : Wasp bites on the eyelid do not last very long. A cool compress and a steroid ointment will help. If you are, having facial swelling, see a physician right away.

Allergic reaction: This can be a reaction to wasp more noticeable since the tissues are so thin.See an allergist to insure that another wasp bte anywhere doesnt stop your heart. Be proactive.
