Not normal: Needs to be checked by urologist. Non hard or cystic swelling above testicle is likely a spermatocele or cyst of head of epididymis. Tumor of testis or rare spermatic cord tumor must be ruled out if mass is hard. Epididymal cysts are benign & prognosis, if treated promptly, for vast majority of testis tumors is ver good.
