Exam recommended: This could be epididymitis or other inflammation and should be evaluated by a physician now. If necessary the physician may call in a urologist for consultation.

Worth a checkup: You should be evaluated by your primary care provider or a urologist this week. There are many conditions which can cause testicular pain with swelling. Some are minor, some can be serious. A health care provider can help you sort them out, may prescribe treatment or arrange referral for consultation or further testing.
