Does sinusitis increase eye pressure?

No.: Sinusitis does not increase eye present, but sinus medications can. Steroids can elevate pressure in open angle patients, antihistamines and decongestants can raise pressure in narrow angles.

Intraocular pressure: - no it does not, but paranasal sinus congestion and infection, particularly the maxillary sinus can make the eye feel pressured as well as teeth ache.
