Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

Yes, can be related.: All those symptoms can be caused by sinusitis. So, have it treated with a course of antibiotic. If all the symptoms don't resolve within two weeks, call your physician, he may suggest an ENT or ophthalmology specialist, depending on what symptoms persist.
