Can there be cancer on the vas deferens?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very uncommon: Cancers of the testicle are much more common than cancers of the vas deferens. While it is possible it is highly unlikely. Cancers of the testicle can involve the vas deferens by direct extension.
