May not be cancer.: Could be many things. Adhesions from surgery or infection can do this, also pelvic inflammatory disease, and salpingitis. Check this out with your doctor because the longer it goes, the worse it could become.

Do not wait: There is no reason for one to live with pain for over a year. It probably is not cancer, but could be a treatable infection and treatment may relieve pain. Please consult your doctor.
