Today my doctor said "you can't get pregnant on vyvanse" does that mean physically your body won't allow it or its not safe to do?

Affects baby: This medication can cause vasoconstriction, vasoconstriction and thereby may decrease placental perfusion. Infants born to mothers on this medication have an increased risk of premature delivery and low birth weight. To my knowledge, then, your doctor wasn't concerned about fertility, but about what could happen to the placenta and the baby.

Dangerous meds: I would bet they mean that it can damage a baby before it is born. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) should be considered to be a stimulant and these can lead to fetal danger. I would advise good birth control measures if you are on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
