To be certain, tell: All of your prescribing docs the meds you are currently taking before they write you a prescription. There's no formal interaction between these two, and it's likely the same doc is writing for both. However, if you remain concerned, phone the docs office and make sure s/he was aware of all if your meds :) be well!

Drug interactions: Per The Drugs.Com drug interaction checker- "Vilazodone may increase the effects of lisdexamfetamine, and side effects such as jitteriness, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, and racing thoughts have been reported. Combining these medications can also increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome"
