Don't stop : You should take your medications as usual . It is important that your blood pressure is under control when you have extraction done.Infact if your blood pressure stays high have the dentist check your blood pressure right before extraction. The only medication that you should stop is a blood thinner and that should be done after your physician says yes to stop it. Hope that helps.

Yes however...: For most such procedure there would be no need to discontinue your blood pressure medications. However it would be best to ask your dentist/oral surgeon.

Regarding medication: It is always best that you ask both the doctor prescribing the medication(s) as well as the doctor rendering the treatment well in advance of the procedure. Having said that, for most routine dental extractions, there usually is no need to make any changes regarding medications. Call your doctors.
