Does not add up: Platelet do not turn into bone. If you have pain at the site of extraction, swelling or discharge, it would be prudent to contact your dentist for an evaluation. It is not feasible to know what the "white matter" is, without examining you. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

White matter: It's possible that you have healing issues, even infection. Rather than taking any risk to you or your baby (congrats!) it's important that you return to the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that did your extraction for a post-surgical examination.
