i am 53 going through the menopause and my complexion is oily naturally but am experiencing constant spots and painfull blind boils on the chin daily ?

Ouch: As we age both estrogen and testosterone decrease, but estrogen more so after menopause, meaning that testosterone has more expression in post-menopausal female. Likely testosterone cause of changes in complexion. I would see a derm to make sure nothing serious, get a rx for Retin-A (helps with wrinkles too!) to help clear up the chin. Good luck!
