Lower but: Still possible. If you have pcos, discuss with your ob/gyn concerning medications like metformin which could help with initial conception(stop once pregnant). At age 35, you may have slight decrease in conceiving, but more importantly is at 35, it is the beginning of increased chance of birth defects/genetic issues and appropriate monitoring during early pregnancy is suggested.
