Chances good: With pcos, women have irregular periods and don't ovulate every month, but many women with pcos ovulate sometimes, and thus get pregnant. If you don't get pregnant in a year without using birth control, talk with your doctor, or if you are skipping 2-3 months at a time. Fertility medicine can help. If you are overweight, losing weight can help overall health and fertility.
