Increase..: Frequent sexual activity is the best way to increase the changes of getting pregnant. However if this still does not work then you might need evaluation in order to find out if there is something else going on. Having one ovary, as long as it is healthy, is good enough to get pregnant. Follow up with a GYN provider in order to get a formal evaluation and treatment if necessary.

Fertility testing: Both sexual partners should be evaluated with fertility workup. Male should have semen analysis. I suggest 2 hints in getting pregnant: 1- don't "try to hard"- wait 2-3 days between intercourse ( sperm will build up ) and 2- spend 15-20 minutes on foreplay until both you and your partner are secreting sexual fluids, which will help mobilize sperm
