All you need is 1egg: Well, it's a bit more complicated than that . . . We define advance maternal age as older than 35yo at time of delivery. So stop drinking alcohol (new CDC recommendation) & start Folic Acid. Then see your Family Doc to make sure you're healthy. You get 12mo to try to conceive after which you need to see Infertility specialist if you haven't consulted one already.
