Still good: Conception may be slightly more difficult after 35, but still very possible. Would recommend discussion with your ob/gyn regarding monitoring for genetic issues/birth defects as chances increase slightly after 35 and go up with each year after that. However, it is not uncommon at all for someone over 35 to conceive. Best of luck!
