Good question: If no drug abuse or other stimulants / caffeine excess / etc., then need to be sure thyroid working properly and may have structural abnormality of heart predisposing to af. Need to see a cardiologist for ep study to determine if one/few triggers in atria that could be ablated or if long-term af likely only option. Good luck!
