Not yet: If there is any irritation to the area, recommend anti-fungal cream. However, if there is no irritation, recommend increase hygiene, showers, srubbing with soap, and keeping dry, including possibility of using powder to keep area dry for few days. If you continue to have symptoms, discuss with primary care doc. Do not use anti-bacterial cream in area-increases chances of fungal growth and mrsa.
