See you doctor: You could have any number of diseases from travelers diarrhea to a parasitic infection. Malaria is even a possibility. You should see your doctor for further evaluation and testing.

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can range from very mild to severe. For severe diarrhea and associated symptoms, i would recommend going to either the emergency room or urgent care clinic. Worrisome diarrhea generally would include symptoms such as: high fever, unrelenting diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, blood or mucous in stool, dehydration, dizziness, or accompanied vomiting. When in doubt, go check it out.
