Yes: First trimester us has a margin of error of one week, second trimester has two weeks and third trimester has three weeks margin of error.

Yes: None of this is exact. The ultrasound takes several measurements and then estimates the fetal age. The bigger question for me is the size of the chils. Might you have gestational diabetes?
