Ipf: Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis can be treated with immunosuppressants, he probably will need to see a pulmonologist at a large referral center, they probably know of ongoing studies on the topic and can guide his treatment.

Good morning. My symptoms are slight labored breathing when laying down, slight chest heaviness on right lung. No fever, no cough, no sore throat. I can do daily activities fine, but just overall chest discomfort. No pain when exhale/inhale.
How can you differentiate mucus from postnasal drip vs mucus from lungs when clearing throat? I don't have chronic cough, buy when I do cough to dislodge mucus in throat, it is nonproductive and sounds dry. I can also feel mucus draining down throat.
Physical therapist used electrical acupuncture on my neck and shoulders. It caused a pressure feeling in L shoulder n front of chest. Normal or heart?
