Not from the biopsy: It's impossible to tell without an more complete evaluation what is going on in your case, but if you are still having pain more than a year after your biopsy, it is more likely coming from your underlying problem.

Depends...: I assume you mean the incision sites from the biopsies. This pain usually disappears over the course of several months. Sometimes the nerves can get compressed by surgical instruments causing pain for a longer time. Rarely the pain lasts more of a long term (years). Given your situation, consultation with a pain specialist would be helpful.

One year: Pain from a biopsy site should not last longer than 1 year. This is the amount of time it takes for small nerve fibers to repair themselves in the skin where the incision was made.
