5 ml or 160mg: Here is a tylenol (acetaminophen) dosing chart. Check: Check dosing on the bottle. Acetaminophen comes in various concentrations so follow dose per weight on the bottle.

1 teaspoon: Between 24-35 lbs. You can give 5 ml. Of infant suspension of Acetaminophen that is 1 teaspoon.
