Anxiety : Typically no. You can learn to control it through meditation, psychotherapy or certain, anti-anxiety medications.

May be : It really depends on the source of ur anxiety. If u know the triggers, u can try to avoid it. More often, the anxiety will be there no matter what, but you can learn to recognize the signs and choose to deal with it differently. This is a long process and u need help from qualified psychiatrist/psychologist.
