See a Nephrologist: It is important to check if there is any significant proteinuria and/or hematuria; also to note any risk factors for chronic kidney disease like hypertension, diabetes, chronic nsaids use or others. Probably best to see a nephrologist.

Discuss with Ur PCP.: This is best answered by ur provider who is familiar with ur case . May be normal 4 u. Especially if you have no symptoms.
