Yes See nephrologist: Some of the data does not add up. If your GFR went down, your creatinine must also have gone up like BUN. All of these point to kidney disease and you should consult a nephrologist.

Abnormal gfr: It shows mild decrease of the kidney function. It could be some sort of damage to kidney or it could be just dehydration. If it is the case the values can return to normal after you get hydrated. See a nephrologist . May need more test.
