Crusting in Nose: You may have a simple infection of the nasal hair follicles but there could be a sign of a sinus infection or other issues. Try an otc ointment such as Bacitracin or polysporin. Avoid neosporin - it can cause a serious rash. Consult your doctor or ENT specialist if it continues.
