What are the contaminant commonly found in breastmilk? despite these contaminants, why is breastmilk still the best for babies?

Contaminants?: Breast milk would only contain contaminants if the mother was taking certain medications. I guess another contaminant could be HIV if the mother is HIV positive. Otherwise, breast milk provides ideal nutrition and infection fighting benefits that formula does not.
